Pastor Victor & Diana Votaw

Pastor Victor And Diana Votaw were filled with the Holy Ghost, and baptized in Jesus Name, on April, 9 1972,  at the New Life Pentecostal Church in Bridgeton, Missouri (St. Louis County).  One year later Bro. Votaw enrolled in Gateway College of Evangelism, in Hazlewood, Missouri, where he received a three year Diploma in Theology. However, after the college offered a forth year Bachelors Degree, Bro. Votaw returned another year to earn his BA in Theology. Later, he returned once again to earn a Masters of Theological Studies degree.

Bro. Vic and Sis. Diana Votaw's ministry began by starting a Home Missions church in Queens, New York. They labored there for seven years, and in that time Rev. Votaw was the Youth Director of New York City, and Sis. Diana served as the President of Ladies Ministries for the New York District. She also won three national awards during their seven years in New York City.

After serving in New York City for that seven years, Bro. Vic and Sis. Diana felt a call to be missionaries to Taiwan (Republic of China). In 1986, they were officially appointed missionaries to Taiwan. While there Rev. Votaw served as the Secretary of the District of Taiwan, and Sis. Votaw served as the Ladies Auxiliary President of the same district.

In 1996, they came back to America and started a Home Missions Church in St. Louis County (Chesterfield); however, the burden for Asia never left them, so from 2002 to 2015 they served once again as missionaries to Asia. They evangelized throughout the region of Asia for the next 13 years. They had lived in Taiwan, Philippines, and Japan during this time.

In September, 2014 Rev. and Sis. Votaw retired from Global Missions, and returned to the United States of America. For about one year they preached around the country, until in October of 2015 they were voted in as Pastor and First Lady of the First Pentecostal Church of Vandalia, Illinois.

After a total of 22 years in overseas Global Missions, they desired to see revival here in America. Rev. and Sis. Votaw has been in the ministry for 45 years. Rev. Vic has also served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Chaplain's Assistant, had an Outreach Ministry to the St. Louis Cardinals, called "Baseball With a Purpose, and also hosted a radio show called, "Lets Talk About Jesus."
